🌿 Live Plant Policy
Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Plants are living organisms and may experience minor cosmetic changes, stress, or leaf drop during transit. This is normal and not grounds for a refund.
📦 Live Arrival Guarantee (24 Hours)
We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and in acceptable condition.
If your plant arrives:
- severely damaged
- frozen
- rotten
- or dead
👉 You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
To file a claim, you MUST provide:
- Clear photos of the plant
- Photos of the packaging
- Photo of the shipping label
🔁 Resolution Options
If approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (preferred when available)
- Store credit
- Refund (issued at our discretion)
🚫 What is NOT Covered
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Shipping delays (carrier-related)
- Minor damage or cosmetic imperfections
- Leaf drop or transit stress
- Incorrect care after delivery
- Failure to follow claim instructions
- Claims submitted after 24 hours

Customers are responsible for monitoring their local weather conditions.
We are not responsible for:
- Heat damage
- Cold damage
- Weather-related delays
We recommend selecting appropriate shipping options based on your climate.
📮 Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.
We package all plants carefully to ensure safe delivery, but cannot guarantee carrier handling.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
