When will I be charged?+
Your enrollment payment is collected when you join. Recurring charges are anchored to the 1st. Enroll through the 10th for the current benefit month; enroll after the 10th and your payment applies to the following benefit month, with no additional charge on that month’s 1st.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel future renewals through the subscription-management link before your next scheduled charge.
When can I pick up my package?+
Monthly pickup begins on the 15th after we send your pickup-ready notice.
What size plant will I receive?+
Selections are curated around quality, interest, availability, and value—not a guaranteed size.
Is the plant already potted?+
No. You receive the curated plant in its nursery pot and a coordinating decorative pot separately. An appropriate portion of potting mix is included for you to repot at home.
How does the included drink work?+
Choose one café drink up to $8 when you collect that month’s plant, pot, and potting mix. The drink cannot be redeemed separately or later.
How does the 10% discount work?+
Active members receive 10% off eligible regular inventory and café purchases. Discounts do not stack; the greater eligible offer applies. Event tickets and specifically marked specialty or rare first-look releases are excluded.
Do unused benefits roll over?+
No. Monthly plant, pot, potting mix, and unused pickup-drink value do not roll over.
Club 727 subscription terms+
Price and renewal. Club 727 costs $34.99 per calendar benefit month, plus applicable tax. By enrolling, you authorize Grounded Gardens and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at enrollment and automatically on the disclosed renewal dates until cancellation. Recurring charges are anchored to the first of each benefit month.
Enrollment cutoff. Enrollments completed through the 10th are assigned to the current calendar month. Enrollments completed after the 10th are charged at signup but assigned to the next calendar month. Benefits begin on that month’s first day, and the next renewal is not charged until the first day of the following month.
Monthly benefit. Each successfully paid benefit month includes one curated plant, one coordinating decorative pot provided separately, an appropriate portion of potting mix, one café drink up to $8 claimed with pickup, the active-member discount, and then-current Club 727 access benefits.
Pickup and rollover. Club 727 is in-store pickup only at Grounded Gardens, 727 W Francis Ave, Spokane. Monthly pickup begins on the 15th after a pickup-ready notice is issued. Monthly plant, pot, potting mix, and drink benefits do not roll over.
Cancellation. You may cancel future renewals through the subscription-management link before the next scheduled charge. Processed benefit months are not prorated except where required by law, for an erroneous or duplicate charge, or if Grounded Gardens cannot fulfill the paid cycle.
